    FUEL Surcharge

    Due to the unpredictable price of aviation fuel some drop zones apply a fuel surcharge, normally £5–£30. If this is the case at the airfield you’ve chosen, The London Parachute School will get in touch to let you know before processing your booking. If you choose to jump at a drop zone that has added a fuel surcharge then you’ll need to raise that extra amount in addition to the £400 minimum sponsorship amount to jump. For example, if the drop zone you choose has a £15 fuel surcharge then you will need to raise a minimum of £415 (paying £200 instead of £185 as the final jump fee payment).

    Agreement with The London Parachute School (“A Trading name of Skydive Centre Ltd”)

    I acknowledge that London Parachute School has been engaged by Action On Hearing Loss as experts in the field of parachute descents and this agreement is between me and London Parachute School. In consideration of London Parachute School accepting me as a member and student parachutist, I hereby acknowledge and agree: That I will be bound by the School’s rules and regulations and that I am 18 years of age or over. I further acknowledge that I enter into this agreement with the School on the basis that the School contracts with me on its own behalf and as agent for all its staff and for all instructors who may be put at the disposal of the School for the purpose of assisting it to carry on its activities. I further agree for myself and my personal representatives to indemnify and hold harmless Action On Hearing Loss against any claim or claims whether on my own account or from Third Parties arising out of any accident or incident resulting in any loss or damage (including bodily injury and death) and whether or not caused by my negligence or arising in consequence of my membership of BPAL or my participation in any form of parachuting or related activity.
